Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive my images?

Your digital photos will be delivered with We Transfer and are yours to download, share, and print to your heart’s content.

Can I have the RAW images?

We do not release RAW unedited images, since they are not a finished product.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, to officially lock in your date, I require a booking fee of half the cost. Once the deposit is paid I am all yours.

What if we are camera shy?

I will guide you throughout your entire session. There will never be a time where you don’t know what to do. All you have to do is show up knowing you are about the have fun & I will take it from there.

When will we get to see our photos?

Sneak peeks are delivered less than 48 hours after your shoot unless I tell you otherwise. My current turnaround time for full galleries is 3-4 weeks. This process can be fast tracked (5-7 working days) for an additional fee of R1500

What to wear?

Gone are the days of white shirts and blue jeans – rather opt for 3 or 4 colors and shades that work well together but don’t match. Semi color coordinated works best. Please avoid brand logos and cartoon characters.
