Mark & Kim got married on the beach @Ganzekraal on the the West Coast on Saturday, 26 March 2011.
It was my first time that I was at a wedding for only 5 hours: quite a task to capture a story in such short amount of time, but I think I did just fine.
Mark is a surfer, “an award winning surfer” – he won the SA Champs Masters Division in 2008, thus the reason for the little surf boards as part of the table decorations.
The light was quite harsh when it was time to do the portraits, but we played around and ended up with quite a nice selection of images. I had great fun with these two.
They know how to party and made sure their wedding was a true celebration - the evening was kicked off with a “Jagerbomb” for all their guests.
I left soon after the speeches, but had a fun time nonetheless:)
