Natalie is probably one of the most amazing, strong-willed, beautiful beings that God has created. She lives in Ghana and is down in Cape Town for a short holiday, enjoying life in the Mother City.
Nats has been a good friend of mine for almost one year now, and I was soooo excited when she decided to come and surprise us all with a short visit. Whilst trail running the “pipe track” above Camps Bay on Monday afternoon, I asked her if she would be interested in pictures of herself and her response – “that is soooo bizarre that you are asking me, cause I was just about to ask you if you would mind doing a photo shoot of me, but felt a bit vain wanting to do a photo shoot of myself….”
This is the whole point people – IT IS NOT VAIN to have professional pictures done of yourself !!!In years to come, you will look back at these pictures and recall that specific day like it happened yesterday. Pictures captures time and the beauty of the moment you are in.
Natalie, you are such an inspiration – thanks for playing along and enjoying the moments that life offers us.

That looks really amazing! You’ve got it, Girl!
Thanks Jacques – isn’t she just gorgeous!!!!!
Rhodes Memorial?
Lovely location, lovely photos.

2nd row middle is very mystical.

thks liza & jaime.i must say – i did enjoy the polka dot dress:)
Hi Carmen, lovely photos that really seem to capture the vibrancy of the subject & location. my favorites are the 1st pictures in rows 1 & 2 great colours and composition. I also think that the third picture in row two captures a playful if mischevious hint to the subject’s personality. All in all a good rounded set of folio shots.
